KnowAtom reserves the right to discontinue enrollment of any child that presents behavior which is threatening to our classroom learning environment.

Program Registration Procedures:

Please read the following:

Most fall programs will meet for 10 consecutive sessions for 75 minutes each. Please check you preferred location page below or contact us to confirm class dates and durations. Classes will not meet on school holidays or vacations however classes will meet on early release days if classes are not being held on school grounds. Course fees will vary by location due to widely varying costs of leasing program space. If you would like to know more about costs pertaining to a specific location, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, our programs tend to fill quickly and spots cannot be held without payment. All programs are subject to minimum enrollment and cancellation at KnowAtom staff discretion.

In the case of inclement winter weather, please look to the home page of this website, or call 978-335-3511 after 12PM the day of your class.

Enrollment Procedures :

STEP 1 - PRINT EMERGENCY and WAIVER FORMS

Is this your first time with us? If so, please print and complete the emergency medical and waiver forms below. Otherwise, only submit these forms if you have not submitted these forms in the past or if your child's information has changed. These forms are also available in PDF format by clicking here.

STEP 2 - PRINT LOCATION SCHEDULE and ENROLLMENT FORMS

Please click on the location name for the program you wish to enroll your child in, and print location schedule and enrollment forms.

STEP 3 - MAIL ALL PAPERWORK TO KNOWATOM

Please submit all forms with payment in advance to our mailing address "KnowAtom North Shore, LLC, P.O. Box 555, Manchester, MA, 01944". A receipt and enrollment confirmation will be forward to you via e-mail or USPS. We look forward to seeing you soon!
