We ask that you speak with the class’ instructor as soon as an issue arises. If the problem persists or involves that instructor, please contact our director, Francis Vigeant, at Director@KnowAtom.com.

We are eager to address any issue that you may have. In the unlikely event of an unresolved issue, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to re-enroll your child in the same program free of charge.
